I had a 780 (EVGA SC ACX vcore max 1.150) and I recently added a second 780 (EVGA FTW 1.200 max vcore) to my system.
My dilemma is that I would like to be able to get my original 780 up to 1.200vcore so that it can run closer to my new 780FTW...
I am looking into modding the bios on the original 780, but am concerned that a modded BIOS may not work with SLI.
I will be leaving the 780FTW Bios stock for now...although it does have that Dual mode BIOS switch...
Should I put the modded BIOS on both cards in order to ensure SLI compatability...or is SLI a little more 'basic' and it doesnt care what BIOS is on each card as long as they share the same number of cores?
Thanks
