I have a Gigabyte K8NXP-SLI mother board and recently purchased a second GeForce 6800GT video card. Unfortunately ZipZoomFly did not list the new product number, so instead of getting the version 2.0 card, I got a version 2.1 card.
I've tried to use them to get into SLI mode, but no dice. The machine seems to boot, but I get no video signal out of any of the 4 DVI outputs.
Is this small version difference enough to invalidate SLI mode?
If so, does anyone want to trade a version 2.1 card for a 2.0 card (or vice versa)?
(ZipZoomFly wants a 25% restocking fee, but the heck with that, I'll eBay it before I do that).
