SLi Set Up

I may be being a bit stupid, but.... which of these ports connect to my monitor 1, 2, 3 or 4 or a combination?

I have 2 x 880GTX for SLi configuration.

Refer to your motherboard manual. Whichever slot on the board is active in single card mode is the "master" slot and you hook the monitor up to that card (on my ABIT KN8 SLI its the top slot).

OK, so I plug my monitor in either position 1 or 2? right?

You can go either #1 or #2. It just has to either port on the primary card.

In the time it took to take a photo...then post this thread, you could have just tried each port and see which one worked.

I'm still building the computer, CPU isn't in yet, or the water cooling or the HDD.......
