SLK-900U or SP-97?

I'm currently overclocking a TBred 1700+ with an Alpha PAL8045 heatsink plus Thermaltake Smart Case Fan 2, with the recent price drops, I'm considering to replace my heatsink, also, I'll need a better heatsink when I upgrade to a (mobile) Barton some time later.

I can get a SLK-900U for as low as HK$180 (USD 23), while a SP-97 is 2x the price, at HK$380 (USD 49).

From what I've read in forums. SP-97 is currently the best Socket A heatsink, is it really worth it? How much better is SP-97 compared with SLK-900U?

What about the SLK-947U, I see that it's newer than SLK-900U, does it also cool better?

same heatsink just has bolt on mounts which is alot better if your board supports it

According to thermalrights website, the difference between the SLK 900U and the 947U is that the 947U can also be mounted on Intel mobos and some incompatabilites with Socket A mobos were resolved. They both screw onto the mobo though. The 900A is the heatsink that uses the standard socket noses.
The performance difference between the SP 97 and the SLK 900U is only about 1-3°C usually; www.thermalright.com has some links to reviews.

As much as 10C difference between an Alpha PAL8045 and a Thermalright SP-97 with the same fan, are they kidding?
