Slow performance with 150GB Raptor

This is on a brand new install of XP. When I had the 150GB raptor as a secondary drive with the 2x36GB raptors in RAID 0, the benchmarks were way higher. As far as real world performance, I notice it takes pretty long to load windows. Any ideas?
