Hi guys,
I've got a contract for some corp-to-corp consulting work that I need to fill out and the signature portion looks like this:
I know I'm supposed to sign my "<my name>, President" on the "By" line and print the same thing just below, but what should I put in the "Principal of Corporation" line?
I own the company which is set up as a corporation, but I am not sure about putting my own name next to the word principal on a contract.
