Small problem with my Antec SLK3700AMB

I got this case two days ago and right out of the box the top latch on the left panel of the case was loose and it wouldn't close. When the panel is removed from the case it closes perfectly. I've tried figuring out what the problem is and I've nearly concluded it's not the latch but something misshapen in the case. Any suggestions, experiences?

I had the same problem with mine. I ended up just chopping off the plastic that clamps down on the case so the latches are now just cosmetic. I'd rather have useless latches then one stuck open all the time.

Haha I was actually thinking of doing that. I don't even see the point in the latches when you have the screws. It's not that much harder to just unscrew the side of the case.

I had this problem and sent Antec an email. They sent me a new side panel out the next day that fit perfectly.
