Well, I have an order I placed in June 2000, and they are still "placing urgent orders" to fill that item..... ROFL!!

Yeah, they once filled an order for me that was a year old and I no longer had the CC it was ordered on. They shipped the item then later came begging for some money. I don't know how they knew I could be trusted.

You should have waited a year to pay them.

they do this all the time.
they don't even really bother to check their inventory and come back saying it's a price mistake or cancel your order.
buy.com is lose.

I had a $200 dvd set that they had a price mistake for $20 that they 'tried to fill' for 3 years.. I figured I'd just let it go.. finally 3 years later I got an email saying they can't find it and the order has been cancelled.. heh...

I would say they did it on purpose. The pending orders will keep customers coming back from time to time, also make this kind of thread lives forever in every hotdeal forums. Sick.

I wrote them an email about my order and asked them to change shipping address, but I got an email from them, they cancelled my order!!!
Did they cancel your order? How can they do this just b/c I want to know the status of the order and change shipping address?

they cancled all of them, if you call up, they will notify you. No one will get these, and they are giving no compensation for their stupidity. I was really hoping to get the 2 gigs for 80 bucks, oh well

You know, I still have a Playstation 2 that I ordered the first day it was available that still shows "sent to warehouse". What, that was 3 years ago? Good luck guys.....
