Such an underappreciated song on the album. Disc 2 gets very little credit in general.

What are your favorite SP songs and how much do you love Billy Corgan?

i listened to that song every night during the summer a few years ago

No way, they peaked between Mellon Collie and Adore. Adore and Machina are just totally different beasts than their other music and I think they lost a lot of fanbase after that.

My favorite song of theirs is Cherub Rock. It's like the perfect balance of melody and rocking out.

They had the best videos of any band too. I think their videos collection DVD is my most watched music DVD.

Saw their concert in Tokyo which was awesome. For some reason, there was an abundance of Goth freaks there. For the finale they did a cover of "I want you to want me" = awesome!

But the most memorable moment was the guy in front of me was doing some kind of early-80's-Courtney-Cox-dancing-to-Bruce-Springsteen-dance to every song. I was torn between watching him or watching the show.

Siamese Dream is one of those few albums that is perfect from beginning to end. A total masterpiece. Nevermind (Nirvana) was another such gem. 2 perfect albums in the same year, how spoiled we were in '93.

If any of you have the Mayo Dream bootleg it's got some great stuff on there.

I don't think a-hole is the right term. An uptight artist. He fits all the typical artist sterotypes. A true perfectionist would be hard to work with but some people can do it. Chamberlin for example has always been there because he can say yes sir.

BC is not a god but he has some serious musical talent. His guitar work is some of the best. His song writing skills are awesome. The good Pumpkins songs always built up to an excellent climax and than let you down going man that was awesome.

Pumpkins rock.

i agree. everything afterwards was just diminishing in quality, IMO. i just prefer the sound of gish and siamese to the other popish stuff they put out.

i saw them in biloxi during the siamese dream era. the second best concert i saw, and i wasnt even tripping, just drunk.
