I ordered this morning (a bit late, I know....)and send them an email, this is what they said:
"Hello Martijnos,
Thank you for contacting us at buy.com, the internet superstore.
The promotion was a typo and will not be honored.
We're sorry that the delivery of your order is taking longer than
expected. Due to a setback from the manufacturer, item #10223701 from
your order #*****, is on backorder. We have, however, received an
estimated time of arrival from them and expect your product to ship in
two weeks. Please note that this date is only an estimate and is subject
to change. You will receive an email once the product ships, and your
credit card won't be billed until that time."
A typo?? That's not my problem! :|
First my Radeon got backordered for a month or so and now this....I never had problems with this store, but it seems their service is getting worse. I have to say it: Buy.com = suck.
