SMC Barricade & mIRC Identd

:| Problem: I recently purchased this SMC Barricade Router (7004BR) and set my personal comp. up as the DMZ. However, still when I try to logon to mIRC the identd does not work. This is bad for me because most (if not all) efnet servers require identd. HELP!! Thanks.

I have the 7008BR and I don't have a problem using MIRC. Have you closed any ports?

Make sure all your 6666, 6667, 6668 and 6669 ports are open, plus in mirc, goto into File -> Options -> then under connect goto Identd, and make sure it is Enabled, You might
also want to take a look at the firewall options if your running a firewall.
