Thought I'd add my .02. I was looking at the linksys about 3 months ago and read all the horror stories of it losing pppoe connections and assorted other problems. I opted for the SMC (partially because of the print server) instead even though there wasn't a lot of info about it yet. I think I've cycled the power on this maybe twice since. Once because either my dsl modem or the router lost comunication during a storm and once when I unplugged the wifes comp to reroute the cable to a more permanant location (through the crawlspace). When I first tried it out I just ran it down the hall. I have unplugged cables before and when plugged back in it usually still works, but not that time. A great unit and a decent price... I paid more and am still very happy with what I gave for it.

Only certian printers will work with the server, my Xerox laser wouldn't work, but the HP inkjet does.

try downloading the latest s/w update. reload the printer software off of the cd. disconnect and reconnect the printer cable. power down the router disconnect the power input for 10 seconds reconnect and try to send a test page. if this doesn't work call support they seem to be fairly good. iwas lucky i guess i just hooked up the printer cable, loaded the software and sent a test page and it worked, it's also one of the routers best features. good luck.
