try downloading the latest s/w update. reload the printer software off of the cd. disconnect and reconnect the printer cable. power down the router disconnect the power input for 10 seconds reconnect and try to send a test page. if this doesn't work call support they seem to be fairly good. iwas lucky i guess i just hooked up the printer cable, loaded the software and sent a test page and it worked, it's also one of the routers best features. good luck.
