That would be great, if compusa would lower the price and match OD's price on them.
The manager refused to PM directly today because OD were out of stock.
He didn't even bothered to call, he knew already.

and the
"really good"
refers to the fitting and wearing of them. They are very easy and I didn't notice them after a while.

Contrary to my Nokia ( or any other for that matter) headsets, which either would dangle into my throat (with the free hanging Mic) or I would break the arm of the Mic.

Here the Mic is very short, they use somehow a differential approach as I saw two holes on the Mic arm.

That was the only place that had 4 left.
All the other stores have none or show one or two but they have in fact none present, like stolen or ruined or so.

Went to CompUSA last night. A guy was returning a complete system right when I walked in. As soon as he left, I went up and got it and they pricematched it ($29.22)! I just took in a print-out of the price from the Web. All of the other CompUSA's in Phoenix are sold out. But you guys that still need the CyberGenie shouldn't give up on CompUSA pricematches.

Took in a print out from the OD page showing the complete system for 29.22 on clearance from 499.00. I hid the part about them being unavailable. The manager at CompUSA said, well I'll have to call OD. I said fine. She was in the back room for about 10 seconds (not enough time to actually call). She came back out and said we'll do it.

I first went to the OD site (having not visited it on this computer before, believe it or now),a dn it showed "Item in stock."!!!

But then like an idiot I entered my zip code, and now it says "item unavailable." And even after deleting my cookies, I can't figure out how to get a fresh start again...

Que Tip,
You may be able to find someone with an extra base unit that would be willing to part with for a good price. I know some people just bought base units to get extra handsets.

Unclebud: the system still has to be hooked up to a computer regardless. It turns into a standard cordless phone when the computer is turned off. I've had my system installed with 3 handsets for about a week now, and I can honestly say that its one of the neatest gadgets I've come across in awhile. THe voice recognition actually works quite well on this product. Just program in your phone numbers and names and it dials them for you...hope this helps...
