Has anyone noticed that when they follow up their 35.99 deal with the CSRs (after the dust settles) that the extra 1000 minutes of N+WE minutes disappeared off the plan and was denied? I called last night after getting the 35.99 deal which included:
500/2000 minutes
150/1000
500 PCS
I just found this out on my account last night when the deal should have rolled-over. The CSRs mentioned that now the conversation notes on the day that I was offered the blockbuster deal clearly does not have that I was offered the extra 1000. Essentially, they never existed. Of course being naive I never took down the id number of the CSR or anything. the notes state that I was only offered 650/2000 minutes with 500 PCS instead of 3000. They told me the code to get the 1000 minutes is not compatible with 500/2000. I really don't know what is going on with Sprint. I'm not complaining about the deal that I had before. It's just now I get the same number of minutes for less money; however, I hate it when CSR and companies lie to me about what I get on the front end. I was curious to see if anyone got the deal through and through (after the dust settles) Because I did not. I even called several times over the next several days to try and make sure I got the said minutes and up until yesterday it was correct.
Now a favor. If someone did not have this trouble, can you email me of PM me your sprint number to just tell the CSR to compare with so I can get the extra 1000 minutes? Thanks so much. I hope no one else had the problem I did.
