Scooped up all three yesterday for $47 incl. 5% tax in MA. Greendale Mall FYE in Worcester/Auburn has em.

Double DOH! I already have all 3. I did get another copy of season 1 from BB when it sold for $10, and I flipped it and sold it on Half.com.

Confirmed here at the FYE in Manhattan on 6th & 51st. Huge display for it but not a lot of copies. Rebate is also confirmed.

Picked up seasons 1 & 2. Already bought 3 unfortunately.

OOh there's a FYE in the Mall (I never go to the mall). I have season 1 but 2 and 3 would be nice to get. If they don't have 'em in stock maybe there's a circular I can grab and swing into CC for a PM instead.

I did the same at Coconuts, which had an ad in the paper this weekend (Sorry, I'm at my parents house, with no scanner). I got each for 14.99 and then the rebate of $5 off each. Great deal.

Also picked up Indiana Jones box set. It was advertised at $39.99 (AR of $20). They had it mismarked, though, at $49.99 instead of $59.99, so I'll eventually get it for $29.99--a perfect Father's Day gift for my dad, who looks exactly like Sean Connery . . . or not.

OK just ODD! on FYE's website you can get season 1 and 3 for $14.99 but season 2 is $49.99 and season 4 is $34.99. ODD!

just picked up all three seasons, $47 and change after tax, I can't decide if it is worth the money to pricematch to CC or not. Just a note, they only had stock in back, nothing up front, I had to ask the cashier. I also got a flyer, if there is demand I can scan it, not a problem, let me know.

Same here, I picked up the three at Paramus Park, they had a lot but you have to ask for them. They didn't know anything about a rebate. Nice people at that store.

I wonder though what CC will beat that price by, .50 maybe? IMO, it's not worth it, but maybe it will be for someone. Just don't waste more in gas than what you'll be saving by not going to FYE.

Has anyone having any luck price matching to circuit city with a printed flyer, without having an FYE near your house?

I was thinking about doing this tomorrow.

Also can anyone pick all 3 of these up in an FYE store?? I will add some money for anyone that wants to do it!

bah, i should have PMed at CC. The two stores are like a mile away from my house. goes to show that I should read this thread before heading out to make a purchase... but alas, I still got all 3 seasons for 47 and change.

Couple of things:

Strangely enough, not all stores have the $5 rebate pads. I'm not sure what the deal is, but I know the store in my area never received any information on a rebate, so the rebate is going to be YMMV it looks like :\.

Also, the store in my area has run out of seasons 2 and 3, but there may be a way around that. If you special order the episodes they will ring up at the sale price. Then if you just pay for them up front you should just be able to go in and pick them up once they come back in stock. Special ordering Simpson seasons is incredibly safe too (because of the sheer volume that are printed), shouldn't take more than a week or week and a half to get in. The promotion does say no rain checks and while supplies last, but this may be a way around that. YMMV of course.

Sale ends the 19th. Get in on it while it lasts.

i'm not reading all the replies to see if this has been mentined, but

seasons 1 and 3 are on sale on the website for $15 each.. i bought season 3 (still need season 2) for $15 + $2.99 shipping.. total $18 for season 3.. good deal, especially considering there are no fye's in montana..

also, you can check slickdeals for a rebate.. i'm not sure if it'll work for online purchases..

I asked about the rebate when I picked mine up yesterday, and my store had no knowledge at all of any rebates, so I guess it's all in where you live.

Both CC and BB wouldn't PM for me cuz the nearest FYE was too far.
