I went to hookah bars for the last two years at least once a week. But I don't smoke cigarettes. It is said to be worse than cigarettes. I havent gone out to the hookah bar in over a month and a half; ever since my gf bought me my own hookah pipe/bong.

Dateline or 20/20 .. one of those did a test and said Hookah is a lot worse for your body than a cig.

I understand the concept of shisha, I've just seen several substances smoked out of many different hookahs.

i dont know about u guys but it seems like common sense that whenever smoke goes into your lungs... it's not good.

I like hookah okay, makes me cough less than cigarettes. I know this one dude, though, who smoked cigarettes for a couple years, went to hookah bars a bunch, and then one night just got puking-sick off the hookah smoke.

I smoke Hookah about every 3 or 4 months, I thinks its AWESOME, usually the apple or punch fruit flavoured. I have never tried a cigarette but couldn't resist the smell of hookah one day at my dorm. Very smoooth, they put milk + ice into the base very nice taste.

And Im sure cigs or hookah both are equally bad for you.

Well, with hookah it's filtered, sooooo just how much nicotine/tar/<insert chemical here> is still in there after it gets filtered? Probably a lot, just doesn't burn at all.

I personally don't like hookah. Too much of a head rush, it's like a cloud just covers your mind. Blech.

Cigs, of course are bad for you. Worse than hookah? Ehh, well it's less tobacco, but it's harsher, so tarred lung can be achieved quicker. I think. :laugh:

I prefer el cig over el hookah. Of course, they both lose out to the classic cigar. Now that's what you should smoke if you want to be "gangster" like the rest of us. :laugh:
