Treyshadow,
I see you have a nearly identicle setup as me. Could you offer some help?
I'm using:
SN25P (y bios)
AMD Athlon x2 4400+
2 GB OCZ Platinum PC-3200 RAM
XFX nVidia GeForce 7800 GX2
I've noticed the video card gets quite toasty when playing games. With Counterstrike 1.6, I get the full 100 frames (cs's max) constant no matter what, but I get these 'freezes' where the models and everything will all pause and then a second later will 'catch up' to their actual positiion. Almost seems like net lag, but my ping remains constant. I believe it to be an overheating issue. Can you offer any help? What are your fan speeds and stuff in the BIOS? What does your card temp idle at?
Also, does your card take two 4-pronged power cords? Did you use a splitter to add the CD-ROM??
Thanks.
