Awesome movie! I cringed at every scene, but it wasn't because the movie was bad. I was genuinely scared / freaked out!

I even jumped quite a few times...

I just came back from a 9:25 show. At S. Jackson's famous line, half the theater shouted "I've had it with these muthafvckin snakes on this muthafvckin plane!" It was great.

This is the most fun theatrical experience I've ever had. People were hissing during the opening credits. People were going wild during the snake attack scenes... Whistling during the sex scene.. Going absolute insane when Sammy Jackson said that now historic line....

Had an amazing time. I felt like I was in an amusement park, not a movie. The best film of all time? Of course not.. But this movie gave me exactly what I spent my $10.75 on - 2 hours of entertainment, lots of laugh, some chills, and fun that I wan't to experience at least 2 more times before the theatrical run is over.

YES! It feels like I'm in a theater full of friends, hanging out and having a good time together. I got drunk during the movie and shared beers with the people around me.. It was awesome.

For all the buzz this movie had prior to release, snagging the #1 spot with only $15.2 million is quite low. That Will Ferrel movie still got $14.2 million for second...I think everyone was too busy photoshopping new Snakes on a Plane pics, posting on message boards, etc. etc., instead of going to see it.

When we entered, everybody applauded us and went wild. Watching the movie was the greatest movie experience ever thanks to the audience. So much other stuff happened but I don't feel like typing much else.

I just saw it. I had a really really quiet audience. I thought the film was... okay. Not bad, not wonderful, but okay. The snakes were scary. I was expecting a cheesy movie, so I was really disappointed in that respect. Not worth the hype from the Internet, IMHO.

Mostly I enjoy the mocking and parodies. I really didn't get sold on the movie. The title was hyped, the content wasn't.

The crowd was cheering and everyone was whistling. Ten bucks says the "motherfvcking snakes on a motherfvcking plane" line'll be overused and cliched in no time. The movie was worth it and I think it'll be a one-time commercial success. I don't think people would buy it on DVD though.

I bet that hollywood'll go crazy and try to generate hype and build enough controversy, just like SOAP did, for another movie. I doubt any movie that follows suit will succeed, it's a one-time money run and they did it well. :beer:
