Recently started learning the O-lifts, so I'd appreciate comments and advice on my snatch technique.

My legs were pretty tired when I did this lift, so I know the overhead squat portion is kinda ugly.

To be perfectly honest, only the second pull has serious problems. During the second pull, you're hopping and stomping, which is not what you want to do. You want to treat this like a max vertical jump. You should extend your hips (open your hips up) to the point that your legs are in line with your body as your shrug and the weight progresses upward. Depth looks good, catching position looks good. You definitely need to nix the bunny hop and stomp though.

I'd agree with SC. Work on not donkey kicking; it doesn't add anything to the lift and tends to reduce power applied to the bar. Also, it's hard to tell, but it looks like a little bit of early arm bend (when the shoulders are in front or just above the bar at the beginning of the second pull). Not 100% on that due to the angle and quality of the video, though, but be aware that early arm bend will not allow you to move maximal loads efficiently. Other than that it's not bad at all. Really good overhead position in the bottom, bar path looks good, hips come up at the same speed as the shoulders. Nice.

Just as an addition to what's been said, watch some videos of Oly lifters and see what they do with their feet. Watch a bunch of different lifters. It'll help give you an idea of how you should be moving and you can find what works best for you.

Thanks for the tips, I've been trying to work on some of those things (especially the not doing the donkey kick part). I used to do a very pronounced donkey kick on my clean and jerk as well, but have toned it down a lot lately. Not lifting the feet as much definitely makes it easier to get under the bar once the weights get heavier.
