The issue isn't the emulation. The issue is who has the right to distribute the ROMs as copyrighted pieces of software. Nintendo does; any non-Nintendo website that you can download ROMs from doesn't.Doesn't really matter in the end the SNES classic is emulation, therefore, any arguments that it is somehow 'better' are null. If you want to buy such an item, so be it, but quit demonizing anyone else who knows there are other ways to go about the same thing without the BS attached to it. Guarantee there isn't a single one of you here who is 100% legit on everything you have other the years.
I'm not claiming to be a saint, here. I'm just saying that it's disingenuous to compare a legitimate product to piracy, as if piracy is just an alternative.
