What? Did you watch the video? Multiple guys have things in their hands early on, at least two guys have things slung over their shoulders. Go to right around 2:00 and there's two guys at least that clearly have rifles.

i watched the video again. you're right... there are two guys definitely carrying aks... but the "rpg" wasn't an rpg... it was a camera. that was saeed with the camera taking pictures. you can see him putting his camera away when the apache comes around the building.

sidenote: i find it ironic how you guys are all about gun rights, except when other people have them.

First, you can't just take all the groups in the US and jumble them together and then accuse the whole group of being hypocritical. Some people are for banning weapons altogether. Some are for complete willy-nilly ownership rights. These two groups are not the same and you should probably find out where your conversational partner sits on the matter before jamming words down their throat and wagging your finger at them for something they've never said.

Second, I'm all for owning guns and defending yourself. However, if you're involved with a group that's on the offensive against someone else and that someone else has a bigger gun, well then you're fucked.

it was a military report that stated they found rpg rounds and rpgs... i, personally, don't believe that... i believe it's yet another case of our military covering up a "mistake" (i put "mistake" in quotes because it was and it wasn't a mistake).

all that really matters is that those men in the apache felt threatened by what they saw and they eliminated their perceived threat. any one of us would have done the same thing if we were in their shoes.

I think the .50 cal ROE applies to .50 cal ammo that is engineered for anti-vehicle use, such as armor piercing/incendiary. I think that that's maybe where the confusing is, standard .50 ammo is perfectly "legal" to use against infantry.
