you lose part of freedom of speech whenever you sign a contract with a company that tried to abide by fcc regulations. it's just like losing freedom of speech/expression when you're a student in middle school (anyone remember having to turn your shirt inside out because it had a beer logo or something on it or getting sent to the principals office for cussing out your social studies teacher?)...
