Don't do it. And anyone who tells you to do it is mostly likely some 14 year old that hasn't left home yet and doesn't know what they're talking about. The only girl that I didn't have problems living with was a friend of mine for 3 years before she moved in, and she only stayed for about 4 months. The others, regardless of looks, I didn't know and they turned out to be crazy and major pains to live with.

I only lived with one woman ever and that was with my wife before we got married. Worked out fine for me. But then, I was sleeping with her before we decided to cohabitate. It made it easier that we only needed one bedroom though.

Its so incredibly crazy. Its obviously not a normal arrangement and banging this 18 year-old that LIVES with you is going to be the worst thing you'll ever do. She can't be the most normal and stable person if she is willing to room with someone she never met and her parents are ok with that. Plus I'm willing to bet she is far to immature to move immediately into that kind of situation. If you were having sex with this 18 year-old and she wasn't living with you that'd be fine, just don't live with the girl, sex or not.
