For all we know he already lost his license. That would be a (bad) reason to leave the scene of an accident, run from police, etc... doesn't necessarily remove the danger factor, might even make it worse.

None. The police aren't going to tell me what they do to the guy. I've searched the police blotter / court docket a couple times but haven't seen anything. I do know that he hasn't made a single video since...... so perhaps some good came from it.
