WTAF?
I know human beings. That's enough for me. Why isn't it for you? Empathy a foreign concept to you?

Trump loves you

You never seen Jerry Springer? Just because they are together and have kids doesn't mean they love each other. Who knows, maybe she parked in that handicap space cause she knew the cranky old white guy and that heated argument was about the payout to off her BF. She sure didn't seem to be dialing 911 or in a panic after the shooting.

Not that he deserved to die for shoving the old man, but he didn't do "nothing." He definitely did something that escalated the situation. Yes, the young man is the victim here. That doesn't mean he was 100% completely without any blame or contribution to the situation.
Right and had he not been murdered charges would have been pressed (as they should have been) and he would have had to pay the price for his violent outburst.

You're a scumbag and disgusting even sill...

I expect even you have people who love you. If unlawful tragedy befell you I would feel for the people who love you. I would be sad for the suffering they would endure, the heartbreak they would feel and the difficulty they would face contemplating and navigating life without you in it.

Just passing through here, but:
1) I've seen only a handful of very tepid defenders of the shooter here, and
2) You debate like a crazed 14 year old off of his/her ADD meds. Rage less, think more. You'll be amazed at the results.
I see you're new here.

lol

I remember my first beer...

Was that the first time you used your gun in "self defence"?

Look, kid, I have very little tolerance for the "must be armed or not patriot" crowd that you belong to because when it comes right down to it, you're NRA, you're the defenders of the very problem that we face.

So how's about this, you go to therapy where they teach you how to not think of yourself as a gunslinger and you carry anymore since you are quite obviously not mentally fit to do so.

Sounds like a good compromise to me. One nut not carrying is always a good thing.

You want to tell me that your gun makes you equal to those of us who know how to fight and step up when we're needed? You're not, you will never be like us because when push comes to shove you pull a gun and shoot without a second thought.

Worthless and weak.

I'm sure he would, I'm cute. But then he'd hate me because I wouldn't just reject him I'd humiliate him.

*I have a knack for putting men in their place (I dictate where that place is).

While I kinda love it, I'd advise against you using your cuteness as an argument, there are plenty of people here who would say that you are a willing victim of abuse because of it.

BTW I kinda missed you in the Stanford rape thread, did the partisanship get to you and you couldn't bring yourself to argue against a man who clearly thought it's OK to rape an unconscious woman?

I hope not because the female input in this forum is... YOU.

...which means he did do something wrong in direct contradiction to the hyperbolic statement that he “did nothing wrong.” Again, no one thinks he deserved to die for it and I agree that the shooter was in the wrong, but ignoring what the victim did to escalate only makes him look ignorant... like the stereotype of people who deny reality and defend obvious criminals in any police encounter.

“He din’ do NUFFIN’; he was a good boy.” is already a (often, racist) meme but it’s fueled by hyperbolic and demonstrably incorrect statements like his. Always question your own argument before hitting that post button.

I'll use my cuteness as I see fit thank you very much. It's never hurt me. It absolutely has served me but in the most ridiculous hysterical ways. I can stand on my own two feet without it.

I stayed away from that thread because I'm too angry about it. I haven't even read it because the very thought of anyone defending that fu*k (which I feared I would be subjected to if I did enter the thread) almost makes my head implode.

It cracks me up that you are trying to tell me how to female. I react unexpectedly to people's expectations of me.

He didn't pull his gun. He engaged in a physical altercation. What's up with your complete misunderstanding of kage's post? Explain please?

Huh? I NEVER once said the dead guy was blameless. I don't condone violence. Maybe it's you who is guilty of premature... posting?

I can't explain it without doxxing him and even if that was OK'd by a mod I wouldn't do it anyway.

I'm going to stay out now, this can't be resolved in this fora.

I edited it instantly. I thought he quoted you and then you responded in kind. He didn’t. He quoted bigboxes, who you also quoted to express complete agreement:

You know what sucks more than any of this discussion? The young man is dead. For absolutely nothing.
And that is exactly why I get so angry about this. He had a girlfriend and children and a family that love him.

You're making this unusually hard (that's what HE said) but it shouldn't be. I love that you are a strong female and to be completely fair I've never seen you use your gender or your cuteness as an excuse for anything.

I retract my previous statement since you can quite obviously handle it.

You should read it, you have a buddy buddy of yours in there claiming that raping unconscious women is their own fault.

I think it's great that you are now accusing me of trying to tell you how to be a woman when I did no such thing at all. I just FUCKING noted that the only female input here is YOU.

You are a bit on the pissy side of the golden shower though.

The reason why everyone universally disagrees with you is because he decidedly and demonstrably said that he did NOT do that. He had a fight and left his gun in the vehicle, even knowing that he might need it in the fight. No one died. Where on Earth did you get that from?

Referring to "suggesting" I not use my cuteness and that I should be involved in a rape thread... Because I'm female AND the only one (though there are a few others).

I wasn't being pissy. I really was amused. If I hadn't been I would have said woman + a whole lot more. <--- I'm guessing you've sorted at least that part out about me. I'm a talker.

Whoever is in there victim shaming... It really is best (for me) if I don't engage.

Don't agree at all. If I was in the store and came out to this guy was doing likewise to my wife, I'd do the same thing and push the guy away. Just because the shooter fell down does not mean that excessive force was used. After the shooter regained his composure, he drew he firearm. Since the young man had now backed away, the rational thing to do was to de-escalate the situation.

The shooter started the confrontation. That doesn't give him the right to claim sell defense. I have a license to carry. When I do, I act like I didn't have it. It's not there to give you "courage". It's not there to settle arguments or altercations that YOU started. This guy was a time bomb and shouldn't had a license to carry.

Video of incident at link.

Summary. Man starts argument with woman for parking in a handicap spot without a permit. Husband of woman comes out and sees argument and pushes man to the ground but then steps back. Man on ground pulls out a gun and shoots the husband in the chest. He dies.

It has been ruled he can not be charged under Florida's current stand your ground laws.
Handicap Parking Vigilante is a dick IMO. I'm concerned about rising sea levels driving Florida Man further inland, The time to build a wall is now.

So you are a violent bully who thinks it's acceptable to shove weaker people around when they do something you don't like.

Just because the shooter fell down does not mean that excessive force was used.
What was the goal of the force? If the goal was to make the man shut up, then he absolutely used excessive force. He simply had no right to force the man to shut up. Any amount of "force" was excessive.

After the shooter regained his composure, he drew he firearm. Since the young man had now backed away, the rational thing to do was to de-escalate the situation.
Absolutely. Why wasn't that also the rational thing to do when the young man exited the store?

I agree that the guy seems to have been unstable and constantly seeking confrontation. Regardless of the provocation, there never should have been any physical violence at all.

But because there was physical violence a gun wielding nut job/murderer gets to kill the guy who reacted emotionally and irrationally toward a potential threat to his family.

The world you believe in sucks ass.

Also, the murderer may have been physically weaker but he knew that he had the great equalizer at his hip when he harassed that woman.
