And maybe tool is a strong word, but he decided to drink underage, got caught, and is now trying to get out of it, which seems kind of wrong to me.
That being said, I do give him and his friends a lot of credit for having a designated driver.
I accept any punishment I receive. That doesn't mean I'm not going to try to get out of it if that's a possibility.

No (I'm not sure what exactly you mean by training rules btw). Thankfully since I'm only a sophomore I have 2 more years of playing. Its frustrating because I'm #4 varsity so I'm definitely hurting the team..
I'm not sure on MO state law, but I am speaking based on my experience with Indiana state law. I was arrested on minor consumption and the above is what I went through with the exception of no community service because I fully cooperated with the arresting officers and they documented that on my arrest ticket.Originally posted by: atybimf

Are you sure? According to MO state law in order to get an expungement I must meet 2 criteria:
# The person has not been convicted of any other alcohol-related offense at the time of the application for expungement; and
# The person has had no other contacts with law enforcement (i.e. arrest, charge) which were alcohol-related
Nowhere does it say anything about fines or classes.
