So i got my backround check.. Not Good!

Well. this is what it says, i need some clarification.

Offense : POSSESS NARCOTICS
Disposition : PENDING; 11/23/2005: WARRANT ISSUED
Current as of : 4/11/2006

This is gonna hold me back from joining the NAVY. :|
When i went to court 7-05-05 i wasnt even in the computer, and the charge is bogus, I didnt have any drugs.
I know for a fact that i was never called to court, they never send me anything. So what can i do to settle this matter straight?
BTW: I moved to texas.

My friend joined the military with felonies on his record ....

The recruiter did whatever he could to get him in (he scammed him in)

now after 2 years he is trying to reenlist and they see that he has a felony and they are like wtf
so I dont know if he will be going back to the military

You had better get it straighten out ASAP.

This will follow you for the rest of your life.

Call the court in CA and speak to a clerk that can tell you what is currently on record.
They will also be able to point you to go to get this "problem" resolved.

Something could have been coded incorrectly and/or you could be ignoring some critical issue or requirement that shoudl have been handled.

The charges against you are pending till you show up for court. The warrant is issued to bring yuo in on thoes pending charges. Prey you dont get pulled over because depending on the charges they could take you in and ship you ass to CA.

I would call CA courts that have the charges agaisnt you to see what you need to do.

you need call the county courthouse and go in an get a RIT, talk to a judge and clear it right up.

..you'll have to get a lawyer to strighten it out. otherwise you'll waste a lot of time and get nowhere. public employees in the legal system only respond to lawyers.

I think its Possisson, and i told the cop its not mine, and he wouldnt even show me what he "found" in my car. This cop is full of ******, and my friends the one who had it in his pocket, the cops knew me forever and one of them went to school with my brother, CITY OF LA PALMA SUCKS ASS.
