If you only need 2400 caloriesto maintain your weight at 225, you have very little lean muscle mass, or you are very sedentary. Probably both.
I said that is without exercise. And while I'm not sedentary, no, I'm not an athlete or even moderately in shape. That's the point.
The rest of your 'tips' are basically a regurgitation of SC's fat loss sticky thread, except not as informative.
I haven't read his thread lately. If some of my tips are there, that's because they are solid and work. If you ask him where he got his information, I bet he'll say he isn't the originator, either. There's nothing new when it comes to diet and exercise - not for what works. Repetition of truth never hurt anyone. And if you don't find what I said to be as informative, that's fine. I'm not a health expert and didn't claim to be. I can post medial studies to support what I posted, but it wasn't meant to be a paper. If you can contribute more than me, good for you and good for everyone here. I don't get what argument you have against what I said. That my post wasn't longer? That it is too anecdotal? That I'm not eloquent? It was a post made quickly in the morning after a long night of work... never mind, I really don't need to justify myself here.
If you missed my humor, I'm genuinely sorry. I like amdhunter, and he knows I'm joking. He's on my "Friends" list here. The guy gave me a Nintendo DS, there's no way I could dislike him And about me being fat... duh, this is Health and Fitness, and I told you I am overweight. Not everyone here is a bodybuilder or triathlete. I'm making an attempt to get healthy, and I bet I succeed. If you want to hate for some reason I don't understand, that's your option. It doesn't bother me.Also, threatening to make fun of somebody if they fail is ridiculous. It is not a good way to motivate somebody. Who are you to make fun of him anyway? Just another random fatass hiding behind a computer screen.
