any other movies that i should have watched a long time ago?
The Lair of the White Worm?
WTF?? Seriously?
I watched that movie when I was like 13. I was thrilled because it has teh bewbies in it.
I think this is the first mention of it I've seen since then. Are you recommending it because it's a terrible movie, or because it has bewbies? lol
Watch it again - it keeps getting better...
I never understood the hyper of Fight Club.
I appreciate the movie, I like the big twist and the 'oh' moment. But that's about it. I saw it long ass ago before it reached a cult status. It was forgettable then and it's merely okay now.

I have never seen the first but have seen (and enjoyed) the other two. Must add to Netflix queue!
Different genre and not that old, but 'traitor' with don cheadle has an excellent plot.
The Dude can't truly be appreciated until ~7th viewing. Every thing about this flick is brilliant.
Until then, you are way out of your element.
I thought Traitor was very ho-hum and ultra derivative. Good action, action-editing and such, but I've seen that exact movie a million billion times, and I really like Don Cheadle and Liv Schieber (he was in that, right?). :\
A similar movie that I really liked that was released around the same time: The Kingdom. A rather cohesive, sensible version of 24.
La Femme Nikita
Point of No Return
Watch both on the same day. I promise you will like one more than the other.
I've known people from every corner of the country.. and The Big Lebowski is by far the most quotable movie/tv show/song ever. Not only do 95% of people (ages 19-30) know it when you make a reference, they can make multiple references themselves.
I am 37 and have only seen the movie once with a bunch of younger guys in their 20s. Wasnt a horrible movie but i didnt get the allure of it. I would say Dumb & Dumber is the most quotable movie ever Maybe every generation has its hit. For my generation i think Big Lebowski came out too late.
City of Lost Children
well, it really depends on how many movies you watch and if you are in tune with that kind of movie.
