Agreed. She got kicked out of her *sisters* for a reason.

no no what mnakes it funny is the fact that he takes the credit (in the title anyway) and its his friend that has the balls to throw her out.

wow. ****** can make it past the censor list huh? Guess so.

Let me state the obvious: You, sir, are a tool.

By definition, a tool is a guy that gets used. You allow some crazy biatch WITH AN ARREST WARRANT, a kid and a cat to a) live in your place b) use your car without any compensation or sex. Even w/o the screaming drama, you're a tool for allowing it to happen.

but at least he has balls since you don't

Read a little slower next time, he knocked the drink from her hand, no contact was made with her.

It's still Assault.

Try knocking the pen and clipboard out of the cop's hand next time you get a ticket.

Based on your side of the story... I would say that if she had ANY class what-so-ever, she would be ashamed of herself. Somehow, I doubt that though.

I do think that while it was very kind hearted of you to allow a single mom of a small child to stay with you, you should have had some inkling as to what that entailed. However, she really took advantage of you though from what it seems.

You are best off rid of her... for good. She is a grown woman and needs to take responsibility for herself and her child.

I feel sorry for the kitty and the baby though.

He didn't strike her, he struck her DRINK. So I guess there was minimal hand to hand contact (meant literally, as in his hand hit her hand).

That's still striking her.

terrible all around.

she had no respect for your generosity, but your generosity was as thin as corporate 1 ply.

You invited someone into your hom with a child. With this comes baby toys EVERYWHERE, but she should have cleaned them up when done. It comes with NO smoking in the house. It also comes with not having your friends over at 2AM partying and smoking with a baby in the house. Sure, not your baby but you invited her. Dont pretend like you didnt know this would be an issue, and become a blowout.

IF she was breaking the rules, set a move out date and grow a pair.

And the bus runs on a regular schedule... not the car man....

Not reading the whole thread, but I think your mistake was expecting that you could invite this woman into your home and continue living your life as you wanted to. Even if she was the sweetest girl imaginable, that would not happen. Just isn't practical. So your big mistake was signing up to something you didn't really want to sign up to.

where's the poll option:

"brought this upon myself for letting her stay in the first place, despite obvious warning signs, and assuming that I wouldn't have to compromise anything with a baby in the house. Yeah, the b1tch is psycho, but I am indeed an ass for allowing my bud to smoke in the house around the baby when I don't even smoke."

+1

I probably would have kicked her out A LOT sooner than that though.

I agree. I mean, she may've been a bit out of line with her attitude about it, but even though she's just a freeloader, you still LET her stay. I mean, if you wanted to smoke, you could've just said, "Hey, I'm going to have some friends over on xx and we may be smoking. Thought I'd let you know ahead of time" or something like that. It's just common courtesy for your GUEST.

Well, firstly, your a fool for allowing a single mom into your place without expecting any of that. Single moms aren't entitled to help or free rent or anything free. They need to deal with their own mistakes, so for starters you screwed up fromt he start.

Secondly, you almost used your first mistake against her and basically used her as a target to abuse her. Did she deserve all that? Probably not, could you have solved it in other ways? Possibly. I would have kicked her out a long time ago, but you escalated the situation by not doing anything about it.

But, props to you, cause I dislike single moms that abuse situations just like this.

You did good son.
