i've been researching this for a while now,... and i've learned this.
1. it's pretty complicated to get a liquor license.
2. besides that, it's basically securing a distributor, and having capital.
3. most liquor stores are profitable (68 percent according to IRS)
i've found a property i can afford, in a high volume area, there is 1 other liquor store in the immediate area, they are new as well.....
does anyone have any info on doing this that i should know? anyone a successful liquor store owner?
i'm pretty serious about doing this, i have the capitol, labor would be next to nothing for my situation, i dont have the license, but i could get one i think.. i just need insider info.
