I would more than likely wear it as I have a purple shirt thats lighter in color than that:Q. Some of my friends where hot pink shirts from abercrombie, but they get with girls all the time. I like to dress nice, whether it be a purple or blue shirt, everybody has an opinion but most people are to narrow minded so they automatically call out "i love you" or "gay".

BTW, I am completely straight and have a dream girl that likes what I wear so WHY would I be concerned what guys think?

My best mate and I went to Ontario's largest mall, Square One in Mississauga, this afternoon. We were shopping for clothes.

We hit up the Tommy Hilfiger store and I tried on a few items from his "H" Hilfiger collection. I picked out a purple, pink, and black striped dress shirt I liked. As I was paying for it, the girl behind the counter, ringing me through, said, "Hey, I recognize you! You were the guy who bought a few solid colour shirts last time you were here. "It's swell. I love it. This is much better than the navy you bought last time," she exclaimed. She then looked to my buddy, and said, "I bet you're the navy guy. Here he is buying this awesome shirt, and I bet when you guys go to clubs he gets noticed, like, an hour before you do! I mean, you're both good-looking guys, but he's so trendy."

At that point I knew she thought we were gay.

We bantered a bit more. I thanked her, we left, and we giggled like schoolgirls while exiting the store.

I wasn't bothered in the slightest, neither was my boyfriend, who is considerable less interested in girls than me. I'm wondering, would that bother you? Has it ever happened?

sorry for the dead thread bump, but I went shopping yesterday and I spotted the shirt in the hilfigur section of the mall. That posted pic does it no justice and it is really ugly in real life. Sorry bridgen but you are on your own with that shirt and I take back what I said. I wouldn't rock that shirt anywhere.
