I know that, I read the post. I still find it hard to believe that the parents didn't press charges. Kids have a violating a restraining order doesn't mean people could beat them up. They are going to be charged regardless. If the injuries were as serious as they sound, they don't press charges. One of them is 18 ... he could press charges himself.

I call shens too.....OP is lying. I dont believe anybody lets a 5 year old walk home alone in this day and age.

b.) I walked home from kindergarten when I lived in Philadelphia. I lived like 5 blocks away, but still, I walked myself home when i was a young buck.

I walked home from kindergarten, too.

Got beat up a couple times a week for a while, but I wasn't a pussy about it. Never really got even, once I got big enough to put up a decent struggle they backed off. Heh, I should go look those people up and show up at their front door with a ball bat. Don't want to see jail so I probably won't.
