Yeah my GF made me go after a big purple lump appeared on my forehead friday night, but I was given the all clear, I live in western NSW(near Wagga Wagga), Plenty of rednecks in this area.

IMO most people in that situation regradless of what they do for a job or who the are would have done nearly the same thing, i know for a fact i would have, its only human to react that way, it is in our nature to protect

UPDATE : I had a visit at 5pm today from the police officer handling the case and he informed me that, at the wishes of the boys parents no charges are to be filed against me.
It seems that the two boys were in voilation of a restraining that the school had taken out against them a few months before and the boys weren't allowed with in 500m's of any school in the town.
The police officer went on to tell me that they would be taking action against the boy's for this and TWO break and enters that had accured earlier during the day.
he said that if charges had been laid agianst me, they would have asked the judge for leaniency, he then congratulated me for sorting out the "LITTLE SH*TS" as he put it and he said he would have done the same.
So now I can breath a sigh of relief
