I did not read the whole thread, just the original post, so forgive me if this has alaready been asked.

First of all, Kudos to you for standing up. It was a brave thing to do when facing two ppl who want to hurt you.

Now... is there anyway that you can charge them with assualt? Or stalking of your sister? I know that it might take up your time, and you probably won't win... but the more charges thrown at them, the longer their record gets and when they do finally get convicted of something, hopefully the judge will see the long list of sh!t they did and sentence them longer than if it were just one or two offenses on their record.

Plus, anyone who would pick on a little girl for the shape of her eyes needs to be permanently scarred. Little girls should be told that they are beautiful and precious EVERY day, no matter what... and anyone who would plant seeds of self doubt into an innocent little girl ... fvckheads... need to be ... hmmm... nevermind... can you charge them with something?

Glad you weren't busted for it.

Hopefully your sister won't get any hassles as that is always a possibility when this sort of thing happens. They could taunt her more or your family. Hope it doesn't happen though. These punks a few weeks ago threatened my family and brothers. I came back home from work to 'protect' it from these crazy people planning to 'wreck' our house and dump stuff in the front garden. They didn't turn up but I would have kicked some ass if they did anything untowards.

UPDATE : I had a visit at 5pm today from the police officer handling the case and he informed me that, at the wishes of the boys parents no charges are to be filed against me.
It seems that the two boys were in voilation of a restraining that the school had taken out against them a few months before and the boys weren't allowed with in 500m's of any school in the town.
The police officer went on to tell me that they would be taking action against the boy's for this and TWO break and enters that had accured earlier during the day.
he said that if charges had been laid agianst me, they would have asked the judge for leaniency, he then congratulated me for sorting out the "LITTLE SH*TS" as he put it and he said he would have done the same.
So now I can breath a sigh of relief
