Someone said that the music from Evanescence is not 'Heavy Metal'.

Did they ever listen to real Heavy metal? The original stuff. Judas Priest, Scorpions, Metallica, Iron Maiden, etc.... The music tracks for Evanescence are very much in line with that genre.

Wow... you poeple really, really, really need to get some Nightwish. Nightwish and Evanescence are the same genre...much like a Ferrari and a Trabant are both cars...

Nightwish has that operatic style though for the singer, which kind of gets annoying. Elis is pretty good though.
