-he's almost 28 and doesn't have his drivers license yet
-lives with his mom
-has never been on a date
-still has an entry level IT position
-doesn't buy anything other than "online" videogames
-takes a man-purse to work
-there's more, but you get the point

I dunno, I'd be pretty depressed if that was my life.

Meanwhile, he's smuggling her drugs to work in that manpurse, which they do in her office to conceal their twisted love affair.
