So kettle corn is just regular popcorn with some sugar

The stuff is like nasty.... but you keep eating it. And you keep thinking "I wish I had regular popcorn". But yet you take another bite and again and again. Feeling dissapointed with each bite but for some reason you hope it will get better and dont stop.

Didn't know it had sugar. They have a kettle corn place every saturday at my local farmer's market. I should try some. I'm kind of popcorned out though. There are 3 "normal popcorn" vendors within 2 blocks of my apartment. I have no idea how they can all survive. Can there be that much demand for popcorn? I can only assume they are getting some sort of crazy subsidy.

I hate to sound cheap and give a wrong impression... but try this:

1. Walk up to their stand
2. Pick out a larger quantity of things, don't try to get a deal on just 1 bag
3. If the total is $45, pull out 2 $20 bills from your pocket that you set aside ahead of time
4. Ask if they can cut you a deal because you'll pay in cash and this is all you have but needed it for a party or something about friends waiting for you

Obviously, you're buying a bit more than the person coming up for a single bag, but you can get discounts, just have to show a reason for it.

I finally got around to trying all three flavors and my pick for the best one is the summer picnic bbq. The other flavors were also pretty good, although a bit on the strong side for my taste.

Oh man, my Walgreens only has two flavors (regular kettle corn and the smoked cheddar). I buy entirely too much of this stuff at $2.19 for a small bag.
