The cost of supplies is probably not a big deal. 15 pages is like maybe $1.50. People probably waste far more than that misprinting things. What's the big thing is he's printing potentially offensive material. What if some female worker had found that in the printer?!?
I don't think it's something somebody should be fired over, but he should be written up for it.

If this guys cares so much about his job, he wouldn't be doing crap like that. If HE doesn't care, why should anyone else? This guy is stealing from the company, and it's your moral obligation to report it. What happens after that is out of your control.

Agreed, it obvious that he deserves to lose his job, and it's his fault. I'm not defending him.

Somethings can't be taken back, like reporting him. So all I'm saying is make sure it's something you want to do. What happens after he gets reported is pretty obvious, he'll lose the job.
