Let me bottom line it for y'all............
Anything at ANY restuarant that tastes good has everything that's bad in it for you.......
saturated fat
sodium
sugar
bleached flour, etc.
Wanna try healthy subway sandwich??
Try a turkey sandwich..........sans the following.......
BREAD
MAYO
CHEESE
and ANY KIND OF SAUCE THEY OFFER.
Southwest sauce = mayo w/ artificial flavors.
Teriyaki chicken sauce = sugar, sugar & more sugar. (rub some between your fingers & let it sit there for a minute. Sticky as !$#@%T!)
Anyway.......it may suck, but it's true.
Ask 'em to throw some turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and bells in a bowl for you. Eat it without any dressing, salt, pepper, oil or vinegar and after you're done choking on that & wondering if life is even still worth living, wash it down with some uber-flavorful, high-quality, chlorinated, flouridated ice-cold water!!
