this guy is either getting the death penalty or be in a psych ward. If he gets the latter $100 says the husband gets him either in the ward or when he gets out and kills him. Perfect case of justifyable homicide

what a piece of shyt.

Look at how many people are defending him.

and pay no attention to those hateful ****** on your blog page, they (quite clearly) have never met you. they judge and judge and judge and the preach and preach and preach, and they always seem to forget that it is he who lives without sin that casts the first stone.
:Q

I'm just speechless. Do they even realize what they're writing? Especially the last bit.

you wonder what it takes for someone to want to stab two two little kids to death.

Whatever it takes to cause it, they should be shot. There's no rehabilitating that. So we should feed this worthless fvck and pay for cable and weights for the rest of his sick life?

People should have to work in prison, earning their keep. I have to work here on the outside to pay my rent and bills, and I haven't killed anyone!

agreed bring back chain gangs

Absolutely. I can't stand all this crap about cruel and unusual punishment, blah, blah, blah. When someone commits a violent crime, IMHO they waive all human rights. Cable TV, weights, 3 squares a day--these are all things that law-abiding citizens have to pay money for. How is it that society has found it okay to tax citizens so that violent criminals can have a bed to sleep in, food to eat, and entertainment to quench their boredom?

Make these fvckers earn their prison time--put them to work.

Many US prisons are better than the housing developments we set up for low income families. I strongly believe that the US should follow the prison example of poorer countries. Turkish prison FTW! Overcrowded, little or no food, rife with disease - you're lucky to survive it.

That's messed up. Condolences to the friends and family of the victims.

On a side note from the article... "The prosecutor said he asked for high bail because he thinks Schierman poses a threat to the community." He *THINKS* Schierman poses a threat? That's sort of an understatement.

I agree depending on the type of prison.

Convicted rapist beyond a shadow of a doubt, send them to the bad prison. Convicted rapist with some dubiousness, send them to a prison where they'll still get it up the butt from a bunch of guys.

Convicted murderers like this guy should go to a Turkish prison.

But then you have people going to prison for unpaid parking tickets and whatnot, their jailtime shouldn't be enjoyable but it shouldn't be a Turkish prison.

What a kick in the nuts to the husband. Leave one nightmare to come home to another one. Lethal injection is just way too good for this piece of trash.

It's not justice if he is a scapegoat. He took 3 lives, that means they need to find every accomplice to this crime and make sure the punishment gets split evenly.

"Well, you lock it up!"

So, you're going to ask the murder to wait as you get your gun out of your locker?

"Well..err....no...but"

And what if you're sleeping, do you sleep shoot at the guy?

"Uhhh"
