and, rudder, what is so wrong about her not wanting to speak for him?
Nothing wrong with that at all. It is the way she handles herself. Especially in foreign countries. I swear if you watch the video she wanted to throw a shoe at the guy. She could have handled the situation much better.
Bush handled himself pretty well with a shoe thrown at him. Doesn't mean that he had any good foreign policy ideas.

All the idiots in office (many conservative) gave her an almost overwhelming confirmation. She has no experience qualifying her for this job. Plenty of other people who have served in the State Deparment with decades of experience and a lot more tact.

lol, I'm not hillary fan but it's funny how she can't win no matter what. when she shows her petty personal issues side she is inexperienced, when she acts formal she is not charismatic enough. I am sure if she was super-pleasant she would be labelled as not genuine. It's her own fault for wanting the attention I suppose, i feel as little pity for her as for Palin.

Maybe she feels she's in Bill's shadow somewhat after the NK prisoner release but regardless she handled herself really poorly here.

Well like many of his generation his formative years were spent on the Internet so he probably doesn't really have a clue about real life so he somewhat has an excuse for being so ignorant.Originally posted by: loki8481

Thats the thing,... the question was about Bill Clinton at all... kind of like her reset button... the question got mis-translated.
She just flew of the handle. She should have more self control. I think she was up to late dancing in Kenya.
she responded to the question she thought she was asked; afaik, she has no psychic way of knowing that it was mistranslated.
if her response fits your definition of flying off the handle, you must live your life in constant fear and terror.

Mistranslated or not, I can understand being a offended. However, you would expect your SoS to handle such situations with a touch more grace. At least she didn't spit.

You don't let that stop you, so why do you think she should?

She could have handled this situation a little more cordial. Basically she was taken aback after someone asked her what Bill thought... and she snapped back that she is not her husband.
The only problem was she is in a non-english speaking country and the question was not translated correctly.
Obama should have made her an infidelity Czar or something.

Methinks the lady protests too much. As far as why she's Sec of State, IMHO it was because Obama saw a chance to neutralize his most likely primary challenger for 2012.

I also believe this was the main reason, he didn't want her sitting around planning a campaign.
