federal employee

A lazy, unskilled, clockwatching, and rude person employed within the United States Government. Much of their daily activities consist of sitting in meeting after meeting after meeting, filling out paperwork and working the bureaucracy. Most are complacent and have a superior/pretentious attitude due to the fact that they can never get fired and have a perm job for life. Yet, they sit on the low side of the income ladder and due to their poor personality/work-habit/skillset they can't obtain any employment within the private sector. Many federal employees were corporate rejects that simply couldn't "swing it" in private.

Contractor 1: Dude, this gov worker does not do shit.
Contractor 2: Man, that's why we have our fucking jobs. Be thankful for their inefficiencies.

Federal Employee: We need you guys to create a folder within our share drive to store some files.
Contractor 1: Sure, what do you want it named, which share?
Federal Employee: NO, we need to all have a meeting with 50 other federal employees and other contractors about this task. We then need to fill out form 4533, 3235, 5675, 2345, 2135. Once Form 3235 is approved then we need to have another meeting about this, then we need to wait next year.
Contractor 1: OK, sure, I'll follow along with your bullshit.

Contractor 1: You know the new federal employee they have is calling me a dumb ass, threatening to kill me, tries to touch my dick in his office and talks bad about my family.
Contractor 2: Dude, there is absolutely nothing you can do about that.

Contractor 1: LOL, you know what I found out, this federal employee has been here since 1986 and makes less than me, and I just got here 2 weeks ago. She's in her 50s, I'm in my 20's, what the hell's up with that.
Contractor 2: Dude, she probably still thinks she's better than you since she only pays a $10 copay on her prescriptions with her "really great" (LOL) med insurance, and she will never get fired. On the contrary that might be the real reason why she's real angry all the time

Too bad ATOT can't reject you as effectively as Urban Dictionary did. That's lame beyond belief.

Haha. I'm a bit surprised they rejected that when there's a billion other "definitions" for words out there that are way worse than that (obscene, spelling and grammar errors, etc).

I would have rejected that, to be honest, even if I felt the overall quality of the site didn't exceed the submission's standards in any significant way. If they let people use definitions to essentially post unhumorous political rants then the site will die.

Massive fail. A good rant requires wit and vitriol. You can't just substitute length for wit.

Urban Dictionary should ban you by email and IP.

Then we can submit a new definition ourselves:

steppinthraxed

1.) getting banned from a website for being painfully unfunny
2.) creating an epic backfire thread where an entire community bands together to let you know how unfunny you are

person A: I tried to submit a new definition to UD, but the webpage isn't loading
person B: after submitting your definition for "federal employee", you probably got steppinthraxed

It's too agenda-ish and not funny enough...or at all. It would be ok to sound angry about it, but you have to make it 80% funny to 20% agenda rather than the other way around.

Wow. OP, your submission barely gets 1/10. Maybe if you learned some proper English/grammar, it'd hit that 1/10, but wow, it's just so bad.

I think it's hilarious that after you were rejected the first time you thought, "no, I'm not going to rethink about why I submitted a definition about something so stupid to Urban Dictionary or change the way it's worded to make it at least funny. No, I'm going to resubmit the definition and make my voice about the federal government heard. That'll teach them."
