I'm an "After."

That's industry lingo/shorthand for the models used in the "after" photographs commonly featured in the marketing literature of penis enlargement devices.

I was going to say "I love beer, let me see where you're at and I'd love to come by if I ever end up in your neck of the woods."

Then I saw your "brewery" is in "Canada".

Hahah

I'll have you over for a beer anytime.
I would stack our beer against any in the world.

Sorry bout the Canada thing (hahahaha)

Unfortunately it's more of an "I'm probably never going to Canada anytime soon" problem. I love going to breweries, although you would be stacked up against some fierce competition if I rolled in.

You can't really compare American beer with Canadian beer, since it's just not fair. Canadian beer is real while American beer is just water with a bit of extra mineral content in it. That stuff comes out of our faucets!

If Coors were the only kind of American beer, then you would be correct.

As much as I like that comment , It's not true anymore.I've had beers from all over the west US...some fantastic brews.
Craft breweries are everywhere.
It doesn't matter where it's from , it's only how much care was taken when making it.

Cheers !!

And consistency, and just maybe the experience of the brewer(s). We have little craft brewers sprouting up now about every other month, in every strip mall and former gas station (no kidding) in town. Most are founded by former home brewers and their beer isn't any better than you'd find from the average home brewer with a couple of year's experience. Bottom line, too many of these guys don't quite know what they're doing, and their beer is nothing special. Pricey, though, with $5-$6 a pint becoming the going price in most of them.

Land use planner for the County out here. I manage our front counter team and along with current projects, I get to help plan how unincorporated communities grow out here. It's pretty cool working on projects and seeing them being built afterwards.

It's a joke, it's always customary to make fun of American beer because of the lower alcohol percentages.

again, not in any way true. I guess Canada only makes Labatt and Molson. so, crap, low alcohol beer, right?

You simply aren't going to find a country anywhere else on this planet that offers a more diverse and complete selection of styles than what is made in the USA. If you average it all out by styles, I'd say you hit something like 6.4% on average--and plenty of Tripels and Barley Wines and the like that approach 13% and beyond.

Alcohol tastes disgusting ?
You are not trying. I promise I can make alcohol taste so yummy you'll want 10 of em.
And that's not counting good beer.

Let see. I am a glorified paper pusher at an office....aka QA/Compliance Officer.

Materials Manager for a tier 1 automotive supplier. I like what I do but have come to hate the automotive industry.

MRP, safety stock, turnovers, JIT system, QS-9000 assurance....

Tier 1? Bosch, Magna, JCI?

<<------ had some experience with manufacturing/automotive industry for a few years.
