Everything else works more or less, but I cant wait for nvidia to get their act together and fix their crapass graphic- and platform drivers. This could be the last straw breaking the camels back that will ensure that I never again buy nvidia either. It's mainly about missing features, functionality and bugs, but it works - more or less.

Visioneer scanner here. I've been checking their website several times a week. None of their models have Vista drivers yet. It's keeping me from making the switch. I'm still on XP.
I tried to get it working with RC2, it was a no-go.

Vista has native drivers for a lot of boards,it had native x64 drivers for my nForce 4 board LAN on install, the only driver I do not have at the moment is Leadtek DTV dongle USB 2.0 tuner, however that is supposed to be out real soon, especially considering they already have it Vista certified on their homepage link.

There is a Vista driver for the Lide scanners on the Cannon site. Plus Canoscan Toolbox.Originally posted by: HermitGuy

I also have the Canon Lide30, I ran the setup in XP-SP2 compatibility mode and it loaded fine. The driver and Canoscan Toolbox seem to work well. The buttons on the front of the scanner also work.
I hope this info helps.
