So what is the best way to attach another heatsink on a Graphics chip???

I've read the topics on this, and I'm just having a horrible time with deciding which to pick. Seems like the Thermal Epoxy is the best way to go, but I can't find it locally anywhere and I need to get this project done quick!!!

The problem is that the TNT2 card I'm working with has a terrible surface that only makes contact with the four corners when trying to use the thermal pad, so I need some advice as to what you guys think.

I've seen something about frag tape, but I have no idea what that is or if it's the same as thermal tape. It would have to be thicker though...

On my TNT I used thermal transfer jell and superglue. Cover it with jell like normal then wipe off a small part on two corners and put a drop of superglue there. Worked great and was easy!

On my GeForce I wanted to try something new(should have stuck with the glue) I got 4 small screws that would fit in the little holes around the cpu, I used a drill press to drill out holes in the heat sink and used springs and nuts to hold it on. It looks cool but was a farking pain in the but.

Lesson, why put 10x the effort into something when you could do it the easy way.

Shoulda just went with a Lasagna BGA type A

The thermal paste + superglue method works well and costs only about 2 bux.
