Is MSE enough? Or should I get SuperAntiSpyware or something else?

I use MSE and it doesnt stop anything because they modify the code every hour by a byte or two to avoid detection. Sometimes its 500kb other times is 297kb or even 777kb, but its the same dam crap over and over and MSE doesnt do anything.

I report everything I find to MS Malware Detection Center so they can update the virus definitions but they modify the virus code so fast now, they cant keep up. Its a dam shame.

I use IE, but might go to Chrome so at least I get a warning page. IE gives no warning at all!

Or you could get a real anti-virus/spyware.
Oh yeah and it's a trojan, but it's getting stopped by what I run.

To be sure it's getting stooped I'm also running a full system scan, but so far that has found nothing.

I'm currently scanning the system with Malwarebytes. But avast is what has been blocking it.
Avira also tends to catch stuff nothing else I have ever used does. Those are all free.

For paid stuff check the security forum.

I checked my computer with HiJackThis and didn't see anything problematic using their online-automatic analyzer.

Malwarebytes is the cat's meow. I had MSE installed on a coworker's personal PC. It didn't block one of the Windows Antivirus malware things.. but I still think it's the best free antivirus.

mbam + combofix. mse is good for monitoring, and the full scan is pretty pro...but that's about it.

I just did add Ad-Aware ... again AND Spybot-SD to all of my systems. I am pretty careful about get opened up what web sites which machine ever goes to.

After a year of not using either just to see ... and ... Spybot caught a lot and Ad-Aware caught 2 more! So fine, they are part of the uniform again.

I haven't heard anything from people running Norton. May not be free but it's the best there is period. I will not cheap out on computer security so I use Norton.

Lol @ norton.

So all of the student machines that i repair and clean that have an active norton subscription are still running the "best" anitvirus software. When it comes down to it, Norton is bulky and hogs system resources like a motherfucker. Not to mention it's a bitch to remove. Symantec even went as far as releasing a removal tool for the suite, which I have to use about 9/10 to get rid of the dam program.
