Vegitto, stop putting your societies view of social norm on someone else's society. In another society, marrying at a young age is acceptable and the people are perfectly capable of leadinag a good life that way. In a society such as the US, doing this could scar the kids potential, but in a society where a person potential is limited (girls are expected to be homemakers), there is no moral dilemna.

Very logical, but I now limit/obstruct my viewing of violence and sex unless it has some edifying purpose, which in today's society really doesn't happen all that often. Most of that stuff is poison to the mind. Kiddie porn is just a new level of poison.

But yeah, I would never let certain people I know around my future kids. There are even ATOTers I would never want around my family.

Sounds like you've stumbled across a randomly downloaded picture...I must admit , I've probably got a few pictures of some "young" (18 years old) girls on my garage PC. But I tell you what , you almost have to expect to come across this when you are doing tech work on people's computers.

In the US, it is different, and with the education system the way it is, a person is not socially independant till 18-24 (depending on when they start supporting themselves).

But again, in another society, totally acceptable. In modern US or some European societies (where life choices are abundant), it is much harder for it to be socially ethical.

A lot of the time it is an issue totally unrelated to sex. If the system actually worked to fix the people mentally, then recidivism rate would drop, but that would be highly expensive.

Probation though works in some cases.

some are some are not. my SIL who is 14 is very mature. she is in a difficult situation at home (my wife is trying to think of ways to get her legally to live with us) and understands everything that is happening. she knows college is her Best chance at a good life.

she has good views on life, sex (yes she talks to my wife and i), drugs etc. she knows if she has a child or is addicted to drugs her chances of getting into a good college and succeeding with good grades are far lower.

but she is not alone. the girl across the street is 12 and almost as mature. she has already taken a bunch of 1st aid classes and other health classes. she is already reading and studying books on the human body (she wants to be a doctor). heck she is the one i call for a baby sitter when i need it.

granted i only know these two girls (aged 12-16) so my results may not be typical heh

Definitely not the typical demographic. But props to the girls you know. I find that people who had it rougher (to a point) when they were younger, appreciate life more and are much more mature than their peers. It happened to me to an extent.

Actually you are quite wrong on this. In societies where women marry younger it has more to do with their responsibility than it does their choices. Many times in a family with a daughter as the oldest child, she takes on many responsibilites at a young age. So the maturity level of these women at say, 15, is far greater than that of a 15 year old in America.

As far as excuses for pedos, I wouldnt have the foggiest idea what their excuses are, as I dont know any. Aperrantly you seem well informed though

As a side note, I have been with 30 year olds who werent mature enough to take care of themselves, yet I guess its ok if they decide to have sex *shrug* typical American double standard
