Therefore, I suggest that as long as there is no evidence that he in fact harms children the a manner qualified above, you should tell him that you are uncomfortable with his possession of said material, and that you suggest that he adopt more acceptable behavior.

Of course, what could I possibly know? I'm just a recluse, with little to no experience in real-world matters, especially those such as sex. Such things only happen in my little fantasy world, which is very different from the real world.

Just to clarity, according to US law it is not required for there to be any sexual acts for this to qualify as Child Pornography.

So I guess according to US law, you can look at pictures of nude 12 year old girls, just so long as it doesnt turn you on. As soon as you get an erection youve broken the law.
