To answer the OP, I would have some kind of counseling center contact him or setup an intervention. If he still refused despite all the help I could provide, I would turn him in so he could get some help and even appear as a character witness on his behalf to get treatment and less/no jail time.

I will admit the 'little Lolita' junk doesn't do anything for me, even if they are adults they look like teeny boppers. I dated older chicks when I was younger for that reason.

Today, even the older chicks are dressing like kids sometimes. It's fun to do the pig tails and stuff in the bedroom, but I wouldn't want that to be my chick 24/7.

If the guy has pre-teens going at it on his computer in volume, I'd seriously consider ending the friendship over it. Having downloaded an image or two you just ran across, to me is not warranted ruining a guy's life over. Bring it up to him, tell him you don't feel comfortable knowing it's on there. If you are helping him with his PC, you can be liable as well...so it's not just about personal preforance...it's about the law.

well most of the sites that have it available, like most things illegal in the US; are based overseas.

In some countries if you can get someone to provide you their financial info, there is no crime in using it against them. The laws between lands get really messed up.

The is a lot of 'kiddie' porn really down by young looking 18 year olds. The stuff that involves true children is something that anyone that takes part in should be placed in their own 'snuff' film with them being the star.

Alot of people are really totally lights off and hands off waggy.

They 'know' they need it time to time though.

I don't get it though. I have been with a few chicks briefly that practically I would have been better just taking care of it myself. No lights, no movement, no touching...not even any 'making out'. It was like automation.

again you are missing the question many have asked. are they pre-teen kids (say 3-13) or are they teenage (13-17)? that is the big question.

I'm not willing to risk that you *may* assault or even kill me if we were to *possibly* be in the same bar at the same time talking to each other and I say something about your mother that *may* piss you off...so you need to be arrested! We cant take the chance!
